Shipping Policy

We offer free USPS First Class shipping to domestic customers for orders totaling $100 or more.

Orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Orders will usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipping date.

Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facilities (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at ettyapparel@gmail.com within 24 hours after you placed your order.

If the order has already been shipped, we will not be responsible for the return procedure.

We only ship domestically in the USA.

Once your order shipped from our facilities, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Return Policy

RETURNED PACKAGES & Lost or Stolen Packages

For any returns, customers are responsible for their own shipping labels.

Etty Collection is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs in any situation when USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, or
multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at the point of delivery.

Etty Collection is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS.

• We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don’t issue refunds back to your method of payment. Store Credit never expires.

• The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping fee. The charged shipping fee is non-refundable.

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from when you receive your order.

• Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.

FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

• All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Handbags, Belts.

• Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

• Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.

• Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
